Kapanlagi.com - After a long time without news, the band Samsons returns by releasing a live studio session featuring their hit songs from the first album. The album NALURI LELAKI that brought Samsons into the Indonesian music scene, is sung with the latest formation.
They include Adrian Martadinata (vocalist), Irfan Aulia (Guitar), Aldri Dataviadi (Bass), and Erik Partogi Siagian (Guitar). Not only that, but this time Samsons is also made closer to their fans and loyal listeners.
Samsons also shared how they initially introduced their first single to the media and released their second single titled "Kenangan Terindah," which further elevated the name of Samsons at that time.
"Kenangan Terindah," the single that catapulted Samsons to fame, also has a unique story; initially, this song created by Irfan Aulia was not expected to be their second single. However, due to debates at that time, this song ultimately became their second single, which then led to Samsons being flooded with performance offers.
Erik and Aldri also recounted the early days of Samsons, who won a song competition organized by one of the major magazines at that time. Irfan also added their first experience being interviewed by Soleh Solihun at the beginning of their music career.
The arrival of Adrian Martadinata as the vocalist since 2022 has brought a new spirit to Samsons, making them more solid. Adrian has a unique voice that continues to help this band from Jakarta develop with contemporary music.
Samsons also explained that this year there will be a surprise from their latest project for the Samsons fans, who have long been longing for the latest works from Samsons.
The live studio session Me[reka] features songs from their first album such as Kehadiranmu, Yang Telah Lalu, Naluri Lelaki, Dengan Nafasmu, Akhir Rasa Ini, Bukan Diriku, Dan, Kenangan Terindah, as well as Di Penghujung Muda.
