After singing the song The Scientist, Chris, who was sitting behind the piano, greeted the entire audience. "How are you, friends? Good evening and welcome," he said with a big laugh.

"We are very happy to be here in Jakarta," continued the vocalist born on March 2, 1977.

Not only did Chris Martin greet the audience, he also shared a poem. He read it from a piece of paper that was on his piano.

"Tuesday, physics exam. The one who studies passes. How is Jakarta? Can I borrow a hundred," said Chris, which was met with enthusiastic cheers from the audience.

Chris prepared not only one poem. While playing the piano, Coldplay's vocalist continued with the second poem session.

"Walking to Senayan, buying duku. Jakarta, the dream city, Coldplay is here for all of you," said Chris, which was met with thunderous applause from the audience while laughing.

Coldplay's concert in Jakarta, Wednesday (11/15), was a success. Eighty thousand spectators filled Gelora Bung Karno, not only from Jakarta.

Although the concert started at 9:00 PM, the audience had already filled the venue since noon. At 11:00 AM, thousands of Coldplay fans started to arrive, although they were only allowed to enter at 4:00 PM.

This Coldplay concert is the first time in Indonesia, after waiting for 25 years. Chris Martin expressed his gratitude to the Indonesian government, which finally gave permission for Coldplay to perform in Jakarta.
