At that time, the graduate singer of Parahyangan Catholic University (UKP) and Pelita Harapan University (UPH) was once a member of a children's vocal group singing religious songs. Together with her vocal group, Nadhira Suri has released one album.

"So initially, around elementary school, I joined a group, the first time making an album, a religious album, a children's group album. So from childhood, I have been involved in music recording. That was still a group," said Nadhira Suri at the Kapanlagi Youniverse office, Central Jakarta, Wednesday (31/5/2023).

Not just music, since elementary school Nadhira Suri has always tried new things because she is curious. However, because of her curiosity about new things, she feels less confident.

"Since I was little, my self-confidence has been minus, not zero anymore. So there is no self-confidence like I am talented enough to do that, right? So everything I do is based on curiosity. I want to know and want to try," she said.

After that, Nadhira Suri no longer pursued her music career. She chose to focus on school, and until she graduated from high school. From there, Nadhira Suri started trying her luck in the music world again.

Again, because she wanted to try new things, she tried participating in talent search competitions such as Indonesian Idol, X-Factor Indonesia, and even auditioned for Dewi Dewi Dewa, which was initiated by Ahmad Dhani.

Not only that, Nadhira also participated in the Miss Scuba Indonesia and Miss Scuba International competitions. In that event, Nadhira Suri represented Indonesia and successfully won Top 5 and Best costume Miss Scuba International 2013.

"Initially, when I was in high school in 2007, I auditioned for talent search. At that time, I participated in Indonesian Idol with Dewa Dewi Dewa, who became Mahadewi. But even before that, I had joined a school band created by Kang Arman Maulana, we are from the same alma mater," she said.

"Well, he created a school band. I joined in, it seemed fun to be a vocalist, to be solo. Finally, years later, after graduating from law school, I dared to make a solo career," added Nadhira.

Curiosity about something new has been felt since elementary school. It started when she was reading a book. From that book, she got a sentence that she still remembers until now.

"When I was a kid, I read a book, suddenly I got an inspiration like in junior high or elementary school, at that time I said in essence I said 'whatever I do in life, I don't want to waste time'. So I do everything," said Nadhira Suri.

"It turns out that life is only 24 hours a day, so I really want everything to be effective and efficient. So from then on, I took every opportunity that existed, as long as I could," concluded Nadhira Suri.
