Momo Geisha and Enau officially re-released the song 'Already Know Our God is Different' in a duet version. This song was previously released solo by Enau in 2024 in the album Lingkaran.
Before agreeing to this collaboration, Momo admitted that she had listened to Enau's solo version first. She even immediately discussed with the Musica team about the arrangements that would suit her.
"This is definitely a concept from one of the teams from Musica, namely Mas Benyo. And the song 'Already Know Our God is Different' was actually released in 2024 in Enau's album, in the album Lingkaran, and we are still curious about the strength of this song. And finally, on July 28, we released the song," said Enau when met in the Bekasi area on Wednesday (30/7/2026).
"When I was contacted, I listened first, because it had already been released on music portals. So this is really different from the flow, because this is a collaboration too, there is a female voice in it, with the song being about a couple from different religions. I am Christian, and Enau is Muslim, it's like, 'Wow, this is perfect,'" explained Momo.
Even so, the process of singing this song together was not without challenges for both of them. The climax of the song is said to be the point that requires the most adjustment.
"The difficulty actually becomes a challenge, yes. Not just for Momo, but also for Enau. Because in the endings, I really like it when there is a climax in every song. So maybe the adjustment is there," said Momo.
Enau also explained the reason why this song was ultimately chosen to be re-recorded in a duet format compared to other songs on the album Lingkaran.
"Oh, because this is one of my favorite songs too on the album Lingkaran, and some friends from Musica connected this to one of their favorite tracks. That's why we agreed to recreate this song with the concept of collaborating with Kak Momo," concluded Enau.
