New Song by Jade LeMac "Sleeping with the Lights On" Ready to Enter Heartbreak Playlist

After the success of Running Home last August, Canadian singer and songwriter Jade LeMac greets listeners again with her latest ballad single titled "Sleeping with the Lights On". This song is the third release from the upcoming EP 'It's Always at Night', which will be launched on November 7, 2025, through Warner Music Canada / East West Records.

1. About "Sleeping with the Lights On"

Sleeping with the Lights On reveals Jade's most vulnerable side. With lyrics like "How the hell are you so fine, while I'm out here losing my mind?", Jade pours out the pain of a breakup in an honest and touching way. This song was first performed during her tour and at the Audiotree session, where she also showcased hits "Constellations" and "Running Home".

2. EP It's Always at Night

This latest EP is Jade LeMac's most personal project. Together with producer JVP, Jade writes songs rooted in strong guitar playing while still maintaining a modern pop feel. Interestingly, some of the choir parts in this EP are filled by her own family and friends as a symbol of the closeness and humanity that Jade wants to bring into her music.

Jade explains, "It's Always at Night is a story about someone falling in love. There are songs that represent various emotions such as heartbreak, desire, love, and lust. Each song has its own story from my experience of falling in love with someone."
