NOAH Works on Final Album with Musica

Kapanlagi.com - The vocalist of the band NOAH, Ariel, provides the latest news regarding the break or hiatus that his band is currently experiencing. He shares a little insight into NOAH's plans to return to the music stage in the homeland.

According to the vocalist, NOAH's return heavily depends on one important thing, which is the completion of the new album that is currently in the works. The man whose real name is Nazril Irham explains that the new album is a prerequisite for refreshing their presence when they greet their fans again.

"It depends on the album, I think. We are currently in the process of recording the new album. To avoid getting bored, there should be something new on stage," said Ariel when met at the Constitutional Court building on Tuesday (22/7/2025).

This new album project is being worked on seriously to meet the expectations of the NOAH Friends who have been waiting for a long time. Ariel mentioned that there is a target number of songs they need to complete for the upcoming album.

"There must be 10 new songs," he asserted.

1. No Release Date Yet

Although the recording process is underway, the singer of 'Separuh Aku' seems unable to provide certainty about when the album will be released. He hinted that fans need to be a little more patient as it is highly likely that the album will not be completed this year.

"It seems like it won't be this year. The process, we still have, there are 9 songs. What do you call it, we have sketches for 9 more but they are not complete yet," explained Ariel.

In addition to marking the end of their hiatus, this album currently in the works has a very important meaning in NOAH's career journey. This album will be their last work under the long-standing music label that has supported them, Musica Studios.

"That's right. This is in the contract as the last album with Musica," said Ariel.

2. Contract Ends

With the end of the contract, a big question certainly arises about the future of NOAH. However, Ariel admitted that he and his colleagues have not thought deeply about the next steps.

"But we haven't really thought about what the future will be like. Whether there will be a new album contract, how many albums, and everything else will still be discussed later," he said.
