The album Today, Tomorrow & Forever contains 13 songs divided into three phases: today, tomorrow, and forever. Each part has its own meaning and purpose, serving as an umbrella for the collection of stories that Rafi wants to share with the listeners. The creative process of this album is enriched by the involvement of musicians he has admired for a long time. Rafi mentions names like Sandy Sandoro, GAC, Ify Alyssa, Rendy Pandugo, Petra Sihombing, and Tohpati. These musicians play an important role in shaping the character of the songs in this album.

During the process, Rafi faced several difficulties. His biggest challenge arose when he had to write songs in Indonesian, something he had rarely done before. "Previously, I wrote songs in English; now I'm writing songs in Indonesian," said Rafi. He also explained that sensitivity became an important aspect in the album-making process, as the songs in this album tell stories about what is happening around him.

In the process, Rafi discovered that writing songs is not just about stringing words together, but also about capturing memories. He is very impressed with how discussions with senior musicians transformed into tangible works. "It’s not just assumptions, but it becomes a real work, like the memories that exist." This album also holds small things that he wants to celebrate. Rafi explains how the song Thank You was created from his desire to express a simple yet important sense of gratitude in life.

Through these 13 songs, Rafi hopes listeners can feel accompanied in various moods. "There’s a sense of unease, there’s sadness, there’s disappointment, there’s the feeling of falling in love," Rafi said. He wants this album to be a companion in every situation, just as these songs have accompanied his own life process. Rafi also shared that he will hold a full album concert on December 6, 2025, at the Kertanegara Recital Hall, Jakarta.
