Kapanlagi.com - Young talented singer Raissa Anggiani is once again capturing the attention of the music industry in the homeland. The performer of Kau Rumahku is preparing to release her debut full album titled Kepada, Yang Terhormat, a special work containing 11 songs filled with stories of love, heartbreak, and new hopes. This album is scheduled for official release on September 19, 2025.
In a press conference at Salihara Arts Center, Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (17/9), Raissa revealed the meaning behind the album that she has been working on for the past year.

"The title of the album is To Whom It May Concern, the result is letters that are written, and also melodies, the theme is truly love, which is still learning," Raissa expressed.
She added that all the songs in this album are like personal letters she wrote from the heart. Furthermore, Raissa mentioned that the album To Whom It May Concern presents the euphoria of heartbreak while also being full of optimism.

"So here we can feel the euphoria of heartbreak, but also full of hope as well," she said.
This concept makes her debut album feel very close to the listeners' feelings who are going through various phases of relationships. Not only about love, Raissa also highlights the journey of finding oneself.

"But there may also be a time when we return to ourselves, which is to feel our acceptance in loving and being loved, and so on. Concepts like that are what I find very interesting in the album," she added.

The title To Whom It May Concern was chosen because Raissa indeed loves writing letters. For her, each song is like a message sent to someone, whether for others or for herself.
"This album is like conveying letters that don't always have to arrive, but have a deep meaning," said Raissa.

The process of working on this album took quite a long time. "So it took quite a long time (to work on this album). Actually, what made it take a long time was the production, because I also collaborated with several producers, there are, if I'm not mistaken, 4 to 5 producers," Raissa explained.

A lineup of renowned musicians such as Rendy Pandugo, Arash Buana, and Wil Mara contributed, adding color to Raissa's creative journey.
The album "To Whom It May Concern" opens with two introductory narratives that connect all the songs into one cohesive story. The tracklist includes Kepada (Intro), Satu Langkah, Gemercik Asmara, Jika Nanti, Yang Terhormat (Narrative), Alur yang Buram, Apa Benar Ia yang Kau Cinta, Kala Rindu, Baik Aku Mundur Pelan-pelan, Telapak Tangan, and Ruang Hidup.
