Record New History, Tiara and Lyondra Become the Two Youngest Grand Finalists of Indonesian Idol

Kapanlagi.com - The two grand finalists of Indonesian Idol's tenth season this year apparently made a new record in history. Because these two finalists are the youngest in the entire history of Indonesian Idol. They are Tiara and Lyodra.

"This is a new history for Indonesian Idol, because the finalists of Idol this year are the youngest ever in the history of Indonesian Idol," said Head of Production Operation RCTI Fabian Dharmawan at MNC Studios, West Jakarta, Wednesday (19/2).

1. Not Instant Achievement

However, he considers Tiara and Lyodra's track record as not an instant achievement. Because, previously Lyodra had won the AMI Awards and Tiara was born into a family closely related to music.

"Being young doesn't mean instant, because if you look at Lyodra with a lot of experience, AMI Awards 2017 (Best Female Solo Artist for Children), collaboration with various musicians," said Febian.

"Tiara is also very interesting, her father is a musician. Tato Band (a rock music group from Jember) is her father. Music has been ingrained in Tiara and if you look at YouTube, Lyodra and Tiara are constantly competing," he continued.

2. Meeting in the Grand Final

These two finalists will enter the Grand Final round on February 24th and will be followed by the Result Show on March 2nd, 2020. For the judges, such as Maia Estianty, the competition between this year's Idol contestants is very tight.

"This is the best season because the competition is truly tight and the quality is far. Almost everyone has the same capability and different vocal colors. Because as judges, this is what we want, happiness," said Maia Estianty.
