The band, led by Tan (Vocalist), Dyda (Keyboardist), Adit (Bassist), and Nanda (Drummer), was initially formed from a friendship. Feeling that they have the same vision and mission, they agreed to form d'Given.

The shooting process for the Music Video (MV) It's Gonna Be Fine itself started at the end of October and was released on November 16, 2020. This debut MV of d'Given was directed by Arief Wicaksono from Konotasi. d'Given also collaborated with several collaborators in the music world to see the first preview of the MV It's Gonna Be Fine.

Some of these collaborators include Kiki Aulia Ucup, Oom Leo, Ilyas Muhammad (Saint Fiction) as well as Fitry Wulantari and many others.
