Kapanlagi.com - Sangkuriand's physical limitations do not stop him from creating and spreading optimism in the midst of the global coronavirus outbreak. The man who lost his sight after an accident has released a new song titled 'We Can.'
Sangkuriand is not alone in working on this song, which is expected to inspire the public to face all the problems and challenges that come their way. He is also assisted by other musicians such as Agung Gimbal, Daeng Octav, Irul Jawara, Novi Voodoo, and Indra Qadarsih.
"The process of making this song took 2 weeks. I created it to give encouragement to the entire Indonesian society to remain optimistic in facing all the disasters that occur in Indonesia, especially the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic that is currently spreading," Sangkuriand recently shared.
He believes that behind every problem and challenge, there is always a lesson to be learned. This song is also released to inspire people with physical disabilities to never give up.
Â
"I dedicate these works to all disabled people in the world. We are not different from others, we are not weak, but we are special and believe that we can!" said Rianda Dwi Saputra, the full name of Sangkuriand.
Â
'We Can' can now be listened to and the music video can be watched on YouTube and other digital platforms. Some of the proceeds from the sale of this digital song will be donated through kitabisa.com to help COVID-19 patients. Additionally, Sangkuriand is reportedly planning to release a religious song in the upcoming month of Ramadan.
