Singer RiriMoeya Releases a Cover Single Titled 'Menepi'

Riri, as she is affectionately called, has just introduced her third single entitled Menepi, a cover song by a singer named NgatmoMbilung.

"The reason I rearranged this song is because when I first heard it, I liked it and it was sung when I was live and received a lot of positive responses from viewers, so I was interested in rearranging this song," said the girl from Bandung in a press release received by KapanLagi.com.

1. A Love Story That Never Happened

The song Menepi tells the story of someone's hidden love for their friend who turns out to already have a partner. Knowing this, they have to be willing to 'step aside' and let their beloved live happily with their lover.

"This song is my third single, where I like the lyrics and the song. I hope many music listeners will like this song. Most importantly, this song can entertain music listeners in Indonesia," said Riri.

Since November 27, 2020, the single Menepi has been available for music lovers on all digital music platforms.

2. RiriMoeya's Career Journey

RiriMoeya started her debut by releasing her first single titled Bukan Cinta Sejati on September 9, 2019. The song is a creation by renowned composer Bemby Noor with arrangements assisted by Tohpati.

After that, RiriMoeya introduced her second single titled Andai Dulu on March 23, 2020. The song, created by Ivan Alydyan, is included in the soundtrack album of the web mini series 'Masih (Cinta) Terbaik' by Rossa.
