Third Album Sold 300 Copies in Three Months, Virzha Receives Multi Platinum Award

Kapanlagi.com - Singer Virzha has achieved a new achievement through the album "Ketiga" which was released in May 2023. Within 3 months, the album has sold 300 thousand copies. As a result, this vocalist featuring Dewa 19 has received the Multi Platinum Award.

Through this Multi Platinum award, Virzha considers it as an achievement and proof of himself in the music industry of the homeland.

"Yes, for sure this is evidence, this is not the judgment of judges, but the judgment of people who really enjoy his songs and this can be a benchmark for future works," said Virzha when met at KFC Ampera, South Jakarta, on Tuesday (19/9/2023).

"It can be a reference for the next work that can achieve Multi Platinum. The first album received Platinum, but this third album is Multi Platinum and that's a pride," added Virzha.

1. Give Surprise

Virzha admitted to being surprised by the Multi Platinum award. However, this makes Virzha have to be prepared to give surprises in the future.

"I like surprising things, yesterday I was told that I got Multi Platinum, I was surprised, how could this happen, because it's very surprising for me. That's why for the next one, I have to be more prepared for things that are even more surprising," he said.

This album was released under the auspices of Alfa Records & GMI Records. The music label GMI Records, Dandy, said that this award is evidence that Virzha's works are liked by many people.

2. After 5 Years

"Virzha is a proof that he has many fans, loved by music lovers in Indonesia," said Dandy, on the same occasion.

This Third album consists of songs recorded by Virzha after 5 years of not releasing an album. This album is a further step after the release of the debut album titled 'Satu' in 2015 and the second album titled 'Kedua' in 2018.

Virzha's Third Album contains a total of 10 tracks. The song titles in Virzha's latest album are Terbaik, Sandaran Hati, Karena Kamu, Nyaman, Kembali, Bayangmu, Manusia Hebat, Tentang Rindu, Kita Yang Beda, and Aku Lelakimu.
