Thy Art Is Murder to headline Hammersonic Convention Road to 10th Anniversary

Kapanlagi.com - In the lead-up to this decade's Hammersonic Festival, Ravel Entertainment will present a different event concept from before; besides a music concert, Ravel Entertainment will also include a coaching clinic session and a talk show with 2 highly competent speakers from the global and local music scene.

The giant deathcore band from Australia, Thy Art Is Murder, will headline this event, and Indonesia has been confirmed as part of the Asia tour scheduled to take place in April - May 2025.

Known for their aggressive musical style and lyrics that voice social and political issues, Thy Art Is Murder has become one of the icons of the global deathcore genre. Their performance in Indonesia will be a historic moment for extreme music fans in the country.

"We are very excited to finally perform again in front of our fans in Indonesia. We have wanted to come for a long time, and 2025 is the time," said the band's vocalist, Tyler Miller.

The Hammersonic Convention, which has the concept of "Exclusive Intimate Concert," will be held on May 4, 2025, at Bali United Studio Jakarta. This event will not only feature Thy Art Is Murder but will also invite the best local band, Revenge The Fate, as the opening act. Additionally, The Hammersonic Convention will hold a talk show session inviting 2 speakers who have significant credibility and influence in the global and local music industry. Jona Weinhoffen, the former guitarist of the phenomenal band Bring Me The Horizon, will give a special performance featuring songs from BMTH and I Killed The Prom Queen, as well as a guitar coaching clinic sharing experiences from the songwriting phase to the creative process behind the successful albums "There is the hell.." and 'Sempiternal" by BMTH. Tim Distorsi, the mastermind behind one of the best local bands ST.Loco, will also share experiences including tips & tricks on how ST.Loco won the AMI Awards "Best Album" and thrived in the competitive Indonesian music industry. In addition, the Distortion Team will also reveal the vision and mission of Hammersonic Records and the big plans ahead in the music entertainment business.
