Sesame Peanut Mochi Recipe:
- 50 gr roasted peanuts, ground

- 4 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- A pinch of salt
- Sufficient amount of water
Coating ingredients:
- 50 gr cornstarch
- 1 pandan leaf, roasted until dry

- 1 sachet full cream Dancow milk
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 60 gr granulated sugar

Instructions:
1. Make the filling: mix all the filling ingredients, gradually add water until it can be shaped into a ball. Shape into desired round shape, set aside.
2. Then make the mochi dough: mix all the ingredients, stir until the sugar dissolves. Then strain.
3. Steam for 15 minutes, stir well and steam again for 10 minutes or until cooked. Remove from heat and let it cool.
