Asrul Rapes Employer's Child Because He Often Becomes the Target of Anger

Kapanlagi.com - SA alias Asrul (19) committed the crime of rape against his own employer's child, because he often becomes the target of his boss's anger. The teenager from Cianjur, West Java, felt that he often became the target of anger, even though someone else made the mistake.

"Every time someone else makes a mistake, it's directed at me. I keep getting scolded," said Asrul, who was confused when pressed to give an example of his employer's anger.

Asrul admitted that he had only been working for his employer, who is engaged in the garment industry, for 4 months. He was arrested while trying to escape, from his employer's 14-year-old daughter.

1. Expressing Anger

The perpetrator felt hurt by the victim's father and vented his anger on the employer's child. The act was carried out at the employer's house, which is also his workplace, while the victim was sleeping in the room.

"The perpetrator entered the victim's room and gagged the victim's mouth," said Kombes Pol Leonardus Simamarta, the Chief of Malang Kota Police.

Initially, the perpetrator woke up the victim by pretending to borrow an electrical plug before committing his heinous act.

2. Victim Restrained and Threatened

The victim was restrained and threatened not to scream. The perpetrator then used his hands to remove the victim's pants and underwear.

After committing the act, Asrul tried to escape to Jakarta. The victim's family managed to capture him at Terminal Arjosari before handing him over to the police.

"We will apply Article 82 of the Indonesian Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection," said Simarmata.
