"On Thursday morning, I was informed by Mr. Mayor, Sutiaji. I agreed, I am happy and proud to be the only influencer chosen by the mayor to be vaccinated for the first time," Gilang emphasized when contacted by Merdeka.com on Monday (25/1).

Gilang is the husband of entrepreneur Shandy Purnamasari, as well as the co-founder of MS Glow For Men. Previously, Gilang went viral for giving a tower gift in Jakarta to his wife.
According to Gilang, his wife supports his decision to be the first recipient of the vaccine, although she still feels nervous.
"I informed my wife, she's okay with it. I'm a bit nervous, but I try to stay calm. The important thing is I'm ready to be vaccinated," he explained.
Ten public officials and community figures in Malang City will receive the vaccine for the first time. They have been registered and expressed their willingness.
Among them are Deputy Mayor of Malang Sofyan Edi Jarwoko, Deputy Chief of Malang City Police AKBP Totok Mulyanto Diyono, Malang City Prosecutor Andi Dharmawangsa, Commander of Malang City's 0833 Military District Letkol Arm Ferdiyan Primadhona.
Chairman of Malang District Court, Nuruli Mahdilis, Chairman of Malang City's Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) I Made Riandiana Kartika, Representative of the Indonesian Doctors Association (IDI) Malang Raya, Dr. Putu.
