Kapanlagi.com - An incident of a bomb explosion occurred at the Makassar Cathedral Church on Sunday morning (28/3). As reported by Tribun Makassar, the explosion has been confirmed by one of the church members. The explosion originated from a two-wheeled vehicle.
As quoted from Liputan 6, this incident is confirmed by the Head of Public Relations of the South Sulawesi Regional Police, Commissioner Pol E Zulpan.
"Yes, it's true. I'm on my way there, so I can't provide further information at the moment. Just confirming," he said on Sunday (28/3/2021).
For the time being, Zulpan cannot disclose further information regarding the existence of casualties
"Yes, there are fatalities. We don't know yet (the perpetrator or who)," he said.
Until now, the explosion in Makassar is still under investigation by the police.
