Inspired by the nickname of her mother who runs an early brownie business, it was finally made into a business name that she has been dedicated to until now, Brownies Enin Nina.

"So my mother's name is Nina Yunia Muharsih, but in the extended family and most of the neighbors call my mother 'enin', which means grandmother," said Kessa.

2. Business Challenges

Kessa explained that the challenges during this online business are to be more creative in creating content and advertising her business. The development of new menus and creative promotions are also needed to attract customers to try Brownies Enin Nina.

3. Sales System

The sales system is not ready stock and is only baked when there is an order. Kessa explained that they only prepare raw brownies and Brownies Enin Nina delivery has reached Kalimantan, Padang, and Bali.

Kessa hopes that Brownies Enin Nina can be accepted by the community and can be delivered throughout Indonesia. There are plans to release 2 new topping menus soon.

"For the shelf life of the cake, it can last up to 10 days in the refrigerator, but it becomes slightly hard. It is safer to consume within 1 week," said Kessa.

"Slowly, we will continue to innovate to further develop our brownie sales," she added.
