Collaborating with BenihBaik, Daikin Successfully Holds Social Action in All Branches throughout the Country

Kapanlagi.com - Japanese AC manufacturer PT Daikin Airconditioning Indonesia (Daikin) once again held a social action for the community. Daikin distributed nine basic necessities (sembako) in collaboration with the BenihBaik Foundation.

In this social action titled Roda-Roda Ramadan, Daikin distributed basic necessities in all branch offices throughout Indonesia. According to the President Director of PT Daikin Airconditioning Indonesia, Ching Khim Huat, Daikin has a responsibility to play a role in social matters in Indonesia.

"As part of the Indonesian community, it is also our responsibility to take part in social community matters," said Ching Khim Huat, President Director of PT Daikin Airconditioning Indonesia.

The collaboration with the BenihBaik Foundation as a partner in this action is inseparable from its reputation for contributing maximally to social activities in various parts of the archipelago. "Partnering with a social foundation that has the same spirit is important to ensure that this assistance is channeled to those who need it," said Ching Khim Huat.

The Ramadan Wheel program initiated by Daikin is designed as a social program for Indonesians in need. Interestingly, this social action involves all aspects of Daikin, from employees to top management of the company. Even this year, Daikin invited its business partners, the dealers.

The involvement of all internal aspects of Daikin starts from the process of packing thousands of aid packages in each Daikin representative office to their distribution at designated locations. "Through this activity, we want to spread and increase the spirit of solidarity within the organization and with business partners who are part of the big family of Daikin in Indonesia," said Ching Khim Huat.

This social action, the Ramadan Wheel, has been established by Daikin as a company's annual agenda. With this establishment, Daikin will continue to develop the program each year in the future.

One of the indicators of the development of this social agenda can be seen from its increasing coverage every year. If in the previous year it was only held in some areas, this year it was held in all Daikin branch offices in Indonesia.

Not stopping there, many areas such as the Java island area, namely Jakarta, Tangerang, Bekasi, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, and Surabaya held this action. Including Sumatra region which includes Palembang, Medan, Pekanbaru, and Batam. Not to mention this event was also held at Daikin branch offices in Manado, Makassar, and Denpasar.

Along with the company's development, Ching Khim Huat stated that the number will continue to grow in the future. "As the company continues to grow, it is our responsibility to be able to contribute more to the Indonesian community. Not only through air conditioning technology, which is Daikin's expertise, but also in efforts to improve social welfare in Indonesia," concluded Ching Khim Huat.
