So if someone claims to be DANA customer service on WhatsApp or other platforms besides the ones mentioned above, it means that person is a fake customer service.
2.Confirmation
When contacted by someone claiming to be DANA customer service, immediately confirm through the DANA Protection feature available in the DANA app. Through this feature, you can check whether the number, link, or social media account contacting you is genuinely from DANA or not. It's also very easy, just copy and paste the number, link, or social media account into the provided section. The result will show whether it is real or fake.
It's also important to always remember that DANA customer service never contacts DANA users first before there is a report. So, if you suddenly receive a call from DANA customer service without making a report, it indicates that the customer service is fake.
3.Report
If it has been proven that the person contacting you is an irresponsible individual, report it immediately! You can report through the DANA Protection feature available in the DANA app. Here, there is a report button that will directly lead you to the Komdigi service.
You can also send a report to the email help@dana.id or DANA call center 1500 445 and DANA Indonesia's official social media. Don't forget to immediately block and report the fake number or social media that contacted you as soon as possible!

• Immediately report and block any WhatsApp numbers claiming to be DANA.
• The official DANA social media accounts are the only ones with a blue checkmark. Do not be fooled by similar accounts.
