ESMOD Jakarta Neo Designer Showcase Brings Futuristic Theme at JF3 2024

The theme presented is Tomorrow Fashion: ESMOD Jakarta Neo Designer Showcase. This event showcases innovative collections and the latest trends presented by talented young designers from ESMOD Jakarta.

The ESMOD Jakarta Neo Designer Showcase features the final collection projects of ESMOD Jakarta Graduates of 2023. These collections present innovative looks and refer to future trends showcased by the graduates of ESMOD Jakarta.

The works displayed reflect the development of future fashion, ranging from ready-to-wear to new couture, connected with various market segments. The materials used are quite diverse, from traditional fabrics such as woven or batik, to sportswear materials like scuba, nylon, knitwear, and technical fabrics that have functions such as cooling fiber or anti-UV.

In addition, there are embellishments and creative fabrics that showcase various techniques and uniqueness of the works created. They also develop innovative pattern-making techniques such as zero waste or one-cut patterns. These works are closely related to the role of technology and conceptual design, for example, through the use of 3D printing and social media as promotional media, as well as production that considers the interests and needs of society.

In the previous year, industry professionals who were invited served as judges and expressed high appreciation for the quality and creative ideas of each collection. The President Director of ESMOD Jakarta, Mrs. Maya, conveyed deep appreciation to JF3 for the collaboration that has been established over 20 years since JF3 was founded in 2004.
