Kapanlagi.com - Liputan6 Connect greets students again through a session themed 'Mastering Social Media' held at the TV Lab of Swadarma Campus, Faculty of Communication Sciences, Prof. Dr. Moestopo University (Religious), Jakarta, on Wednesday, October 8, 2025. Through this activity, students are invited to understand more deeply the role of social media not only as a means of expression but also as a platform to build personal branding and develop business ideas in the fast-paced digital world.

"Social media is now like an open portfolio. If our branding is strong, opportunities come more easily. But the key is not just image, but consistency and authenticity," said Eko Setiawan, Social Media Manager of KapanLagi Youniverse, during the session 'Personal Branding in the Digital Era'.

He encouraged students to understand that personal branding is not
just about looking good in front of the screen, but about how someone wants to be known and remembered in the long term.

1. Business Ideas Can Start from a Single Post

Meanwhile, Evanggala Rasuli, GM Marketing Emtek Digital, presented the material 'How Social Media Empowers Business Ideas'. According to him, in the current digital era, business ideas can develop from just one post on social media.

"Since 2010 until now, many great ideas have emerged from a single post. With the right tools, anyone can turn ideas into action,” he explained.

Evanggala also encouraged students to understand their audience, tell their stories authentically, and leverage various tools such as AI and e-commerce integration to strengthen their presence in the digital world.

Representative of Prof. Dr. Moestopo University (Religious), Fizzy Andriani, M.Si., as the Head of the Communication Studies Program, enthusiastically welcomed the organization of this event.
