In addition, to introduce his new brand, Ronald is also actively participating in various baby and children's fashion exhibitions. The success of his business journey, Ronald acknowledged, is greatly supported by the transactions that take place on Shopee.
It was not a smooth journey that immediately showed great success, but rather a journey that continues to evolve. In the beginning, when Ardenleon joined Shopee, their daily orders only reached hundreds of transactions.
“Not only did Shopee play a role in the early stages of Ardenleon, but it also had a significant impact during the pandemic. Seeing how consumer shopping behavior shifted from offline to online, this is what we successfully converted into massive sales revenue on Shopee,” Ronald revealed.
“Various efforts and strategies that we are still learning to this day, one of which is modern and contemporary digital marketing strategies, tailored to the needs of consumers in this era. Currently, one of the keys that has attracted public attention is live selling, creating product videos, and buyer satisfaction testimonials, which have become key factors in attracting buyers on Shopee,” he explained.
