Planimals Exhibition 2022 at Summarecon Mall Bekasi Presents Exhibition of Various Types of Pets and Ornamental Plants

Kapanlagi.com - For the second time, Summarecon Mall Bekasi (SMB) is holding an event for pet lovers called Planimals Exhibition. This exhibition will take place for 11 days from May 26 - June 5, 2022.

Held in The Oval area and free of charge for admission. Various events that will be present include Reptile & Pets Exhibition, Aquatic Exhibition, Plants Exhibition, Photo Contest "Selfie Competition with Animals", Feeding Tortoise and Talkshow.

"This year's Planimals event features various types of pets and ornamental plants for the home, a series of events such as talk shows with various education have also been prepared," said Ugi Cahyono, Center Director of Summarecon Mall Bekasi.

"Although various relaxations have been carried out at this time, but in this event, health protocols are still strictly implemented by still requiring the use of masks and maintaining distance. In the future, with improving conditions, it is hoped that more events will be held at SMB," he continued.

1. Pet and Plant Exhibition

Stepping into The Oval area, visitors will be greeted by a tree-shaped gate with replicas of various types of animals that will be present during the Planimals Exhibition. There are 3 exhibition areas including the Reptile & Pets Exhibition, where animals ranging from Iguanas, Snakes, Lizards, Geckos, Sugar Gliders, Hamsters, Rabbits, Birds and many others will liven up the exhibition.

There is also an Aquatic Exhibition area, featuring Goldfish and Aquascapes. In addition to animals, visitors who are fond of plants can also visit the Plants Exhibition booth which provides a variety of ornamental plants.

2. Photos and Interactions with Animals

Not only presenting various exhibition booths, visitors can also take photos with animals such as Parrots and Snakes by Royal Safari Garden (June 3-5) and Owls by Magical Forest (May 26-27 & June 2-3). Visitors can also feed Tortoises while interacting with one of these reptiles that can live for a long time.

In addition, visitors can participate in the “Planimals Photo Contest” which offers SMB shopping vouchers during the exhibition period by uploading photos on Instagram. For more information, follow the Instagram account @summareconmal.bekasi.

3. Competition and Talkshow

Every weekend, the Planimals Exhibitions event becomes more lively with various attractions and competitions. On May 28-29, visitors will be entertained with a variety of attractions and competitions, including the Sugar Glider Competition.

Equally interesting, for reptile lovers, don't miss this competition, the Reptile Competition, which runs from June 4-5. Both competitions are organized in collaboration with their respective communities, namely the Indonesian Sugar Glider Lovers Community (KPSGI) and the Jabodetabek Reptile Community.

4. Various Talkshow Topics

Various talkshow topics were also presented with the community as a platform for sharing with fellow animal lovers, including the I Love Animals talkshow with Rebecca Regina (artist & influencer), Mata Kamera Putera (youtubers), and Bumi Reptile (youtubers) on May 26 at 3:00 PM.

For cute Sugar Glider lovers, don't miss the talkshow with Raihan Rabbani (Coordinator of KPSGI Regional Bekasi) discussing the Needs of Sugar Glider Movement on May 28 at 5:00 PM and the talkshow about Sugar Gliders with Endy & Fero (Representatives from KPSGI Regional Bekasi). The talkshow event becomes more exciting with Dr. Yulyani Putri Dewi discussing “Captive & Husbandry” on June 4 at 3:00 PM.
