How to make:

3. Dip the fried bananas into the egg mixture. Fry again until cooked. Remove and drain.
4. Make a longitudinal incision in the middle of the banana but don't cut it. Fill the incision with the filling. Fried bananas are ready to be enjoyed.

- 1 ripe banana, cut in half
- 100 grams of chocolate spread
- Spring roll pastry
Adhesive ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 4 tablespoons of water
How to make:
1. Prepare the spring roll pastry. Spread with chocolate spread. Stack with banana.
2. Fold the ends of the spring roll pastry. Glue with flour solution.
3. Repeat until all ingredients are used up.
4. Heat the frying oil. Fry the chocolate banana with medium heat until slightly browned. Lift and drain.

- 125 grams of medium protein flour

- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
How to make:
1. Mash the bananas. Pour the vegetable oil. Stir well. Set aside.
2. Mix all dry ingredients. Stir well.
3. Beat the egg and sugar until the sugar dissolves with a mixer.
4. Add the dry ingredients to the beaten egg. Stir well.
5. Pour the banana and vegetable oil mixture into the batter. Stir well.
6. Prepare a greased mold or baking pan.
7. Heat the steamer.
8. Pour the batter into the mold. Tap to remove air bubbles.
9. Steam for approximately 30 minutes (do not open the pot lid while steaming).

- 10 pieces of kepok bananas
- 500 ml of thick coconut milk
- 250 grams of wheat flour
- 125 grams of granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of vanilla powder

- Yellow food coloring as needed
Instructions:
1. Mix flour, sugar, salt, and vanilla in a bowl. 2. Pour the coconut milk little by little while stirring until it is evenly mixed and not lumpy. Strain in another bowl to prevent any lumpy batter.
3. Add eggs, mix well with the batter. Add grated coconut, mix well.
4. Peel and cut the bananas into small pieces. Add and mix again. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes.

6. Cover and bake until cooked. Flip briefly to make the surface crispy. Remove.
