Revealed Adult Film Industry Case, Already Produced 120 Paid Content Titles

Kapanlagi.com - The Special Criminal Investigation Directorate (Ditreskrimsus) of the Jakarta Metropolitan Police recently revealed a case of the adult film industry or content with indecent material that is created and distributed on the internet. Not to be taken lightly, the videos that have been produced now reach a total of 120 films.

"Up until now, the videos that have been created and circulated on the websites https://kelassbintangg.com/, https://togefilm.com/ are around 120 films," said the Director of Ditreskrimsus of the Jakarta Metropolitan Police, Kombes Pol Ade Safri Simanjuntak, during a press conference in Jakarta, Monday (11/9/2023) as quoted from the viralan account.

1. Capture Five Suspects

In the press conference, Ade Safri explained that from the cyber patrol conducted on Monday (17/7/2023), a website containing adult content was found with the name kelasbintang.com. The related links that contain content from the website include https://kelassbintangg.com/, https://togefilm.com/, and https://bossinema.com/.

Following the cyber patrol, the police have arrested five individuals who later became suspects with the initials I, JAAS, AIS, AT, and SE on Monday (31/7/2023). It is said that these five suspects have different roles.

Suspect I acts as the director, admin, owner who controls the website, and producer of the films uploaded on the website. Meanwhile, JAAS serves as the cameraman, AIS as the film editor, AT as the sound engineer, and SE as the secretary as well as talent.

2. Present Paid Content

Furthermore, it is revealed that the content on the website cannot be accessed for free. Users who want to enjoy the content are charged varying fees according to the subscription period.

"The subscription packages on the star class website with the link https://kelasbintangg.com are as follows: one day for Rp 50,000, one week for Rp 150,000, one month for Rp 250,000, one year for Rp 500,000," said Ade Safri.

3. Show Many Actors

Ade Safri also mentioned that there are 12 female actors with the initials VV, SKE, CN, SE, E, BLI, M, MGP, S, J, ZS, and AB who frequently appear in adult content on the account. Meanwhile, there are five male actors who are often featured with the initials BP, P, UR, AG (AD), and RA.

The suspects in the case of the adult film industry are charged under Article 27 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 45 paragraph (1) and/or Article 34 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 50 of Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions and/or Article 4 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 29 and/or Article 4 paragraph (2).
