Coinciding with Kartini Day, a netizen named Dino Santana tweeted a question to Ms. Susi. “Sorry, I just want to ask, why are you no longer in the cabinet?” wrote Dino Santana. “Were you not offered or did you reject the offer?” he wrote again.
He then explained his assumption as to why Ms. Susi was not chosen. It is related to foreign pressure on the government.
“My assumption (sorry if I'm wrong) is that you were not offered because you were tough on violations by foreign vessels. Foreign entities put pressure on the government, causing loss of investment, hampering corruption, collusion, and nepotism practices in customs,” he tweeted again.
Unexpectedly, Ms. Susi responded briefly to the question. “You are correct,” she answered shortly. This answer certainly paid off the curiosity of many people who wanted to know why Ms. Susi did not become a minister anymore. What do you think?
