However, before that, Otto wants to first take legal action by reporting the Judge who is suspected of committing violations related to the cyanide coffee case, which resulted in his client being convicted and sentenced to 20 years in prison.
"We will submit a review. But before submitting a review, we will take legal action against the alleged legal violations committed by the judge. Next Monday, we will report it to the judicial commission," said Otto Hasibuan in the Sudirman area, Jakarta, on Friday (10/11/2023).
Through this legal action, Otto hopes that the truth will be revealed. Because he suspects that some evidence has been removed and CCTV recordings have been manipulated.
With enthusiasm, Otto invited his fellow lawyers to join him in fighting for justice for Jessica Wongso.
Because he is convinced that Jessica is innocent and there are many anomalies in the case.
"We will be recorded in history as fighters for justice," he said.
Even Otto is willing to risk his profession if what he says is only made up to defend Jessica Wongso.
"Jessica has been languishing in prison for seven years for something she didn't do. Hey law enforcement, what if this happened to your family? If what I'm saying is not true, I will quit being a lawyer. Look at this, this evidence carefully and properly, look at this alleged manipulation," said Otto Hasibuan. (Dadan)
