Their journey has certainly not been easy. From thousands of participants competing, only the schools with the best abilities, most mature strategies, and solid teamwork have managed to advance to the next round. Now, even bigger challenges await as the 15 finalists are ready to compete in the National Selection.
Flashback to the journey of DANCOW Indonesia Cerdas Season 2, phase 2, which is one of the most crucial rounds. In this stage, participants must face provincial-level competitions that bring together the four best schools from each region.
What makes this competition even more exciting is that each round has different challenges, so participants are not only required to be smart in answering questions but also to be able to devise strategies with their teams.
The first round, Smart Puzzle, becomes an opportunity for the four schools to gather as many points as possible. Every point scored is crucial for their position in the next round, so concentration and quick thinking are truly tested.
The competition continues in Master Memory, where each school faces off directly against its opponent in a one-on-one duel. In addition to relying on memory, participants are also required to remain calm to make quick decisions under the pressure of the competition.
The climax occurs in the Smart Quiz round. Two schools with the highest scores meet again in a decisive match to compete for the provincial champion title. Only one top school from each province is entitled to advance to Phase 3 of the National Selection.
This competition format is what makes every match full of surprises. The narrow point difference, team strategies, and successful comeback moments make every match feel tense until the last second.
