Summarizing from the trailer of Love After Love uploaded by SCTV on Vidio streaming service, it appears that Ririn Dwi Ariyanti will be paired with Eza Gionino as a husband and wife. Ririn will play the character of Starla, Eza will play Niko, Indah Indriana as Ayu, and Bryan McKenzie as Arya.

It is told that Starla marries Niko and gets the happiness she dreams of. Starla's happiness increases when she gives birth to a baby boy who is eagerly awaited by her husband.

Unfortunately, it doesn't last long. The baby boy named Daffa is diagnosed with leukemia. They both try everything to cure their son. However, fate has other plans.
Shortly after the departure of their son, all the harmony of Starla and Niko's family instantly disappears. Niko becomes increasingly indifferent to Starla. Niko even appears to meet another woman named Ayu (Indah Indriana).
Until one day, an accident befalls Niko and Ayu. Starla and her mother-in-law immediately visit the hospital where they are being treated.
