After taking off from Tanjung Lesung Banten airport at 13:00, the plane was flying to Pondok Cabe airport in South Tangerang. According to circulating rumors, moments before the crash, the pilot sent a mayday code. However, at 14:00, the plane was reported to have lost contact. Shortly after, the plane was found crashed at Sunburst BSD Field, South Tangerang. All three crew members were reported dead.According to the testimony of the late copilot's son, he had a bad feeling and tried to contact his father. Ironically, he received news of his father's departure one minute after he sent the message.
