Leon is currently detained for two cases, namely alleged assault and defamation against the Indonesian National Police institution. Regarding the assault case, Rinoa's side emphasizes that the legal process is still ongoing. Previously, on the same day when additional examination of Rinoa's statement was conducted at the Central Jakarta Metro Police, Leon's legal team claimed to have successfully reconciled them both. The statement was issued by an advocate named Firdaus Oiwobo. Rinoa's mother, Yuliana Assad, strongly denied the statement and claimed to have never spoken to the person in question.
