Fahmi Bachmid, Nikita's legal counsel, stated that the reason for reporting the issue was so that VA would receive criminal sanctions. "It must be reported; if left unchecked, they will become more disrespectful, so they can receive criminal sanctions," he said when met after filing the report on Thursday (12/9/2024). Under the Child Protection Law, the reporter is charged under Article 76 D Jo 45, as well as other articles included in the Health Law and the Criminal Code.
