Kapanlagi.com - KLovers,The trial for the case of the death of Raden Andante Khalif Pramudityo, also known as Dante, was held again at the East Jakarta District Court on Monday (22/7/2024). This trial was scheduled for an interim decision, where the panel of judges responded to the exception raised by the defendant, Yudha Arfandi. Judge Immanuel presided over the trial and read out the decision regarding the exception raised by Yudha's legal counsel. In the exception, the defendant argued that the indictment by the Public Prosecutor (JPU) should be canceled because it was only signed by one person. However, in its decision, the panel of judges considered that the JPU's indictment complied with formal and material provisions. Therefore, the judge ruled that the exception raised by Yudha Arfandi's side could not be accepted.
