Kapanlagi.com - The continuation of the trial for the death case of Raden Andante Khalif Pramudityo alias Dante was held again at the East Jakarta District Court on Thursday, September 13, 2024. In this session, the defendant, Yudha Arfandi, presented three expert witnesses to provide testimony related to the case. The three expert witnesses presented are Abimanyu Wachjoewidajat as a telematics expert, Djisman Samosir as an expert in criminal procedural law and criminal law, and a CCTV expert from the Ministry of Communication and Information (Kemkominfo).Djisman Samosir, who is an expert in criminal law, provided an explanation in front of the panel of judges. He highlighted several articles charged against the defendant, namely Article 338 and 340 of the Penal Code, as well as Article 76C of the Child Protection Law and Article 80 paragraph 3. Meanwhile, Abimanyu highlighted several CCTV camera points that were not used as supporting evidence.
