10 Portraits of Angger Dimas Shedding Tears Before His Mother's Funeral, Revealing the Chronology of Her Passing - Suffering from Cancer Since 2023

Angger Dimas revealed that his mother, Tri Rahayu Setyaningsih, had been suffering from cancer since 2023. Even though his late mother had previously recovered, her illness relapsed due to the sadness of losing a loved one.

"My mother was diagnosed with cancer in February 2023, previously it was a myoma, then after that it turned into uterine tumor," said Angger Dimas after the funeral at TPU Jeruk Purut, South Jakarta, Thursday (18/4/2024).

"She was temporarily cured but after her son (Dante, her grandson) died, she became deeply saddened," added Angger Dimas.

The condition of Angger Dimas' late mother deteriorated again and she complained of pain in her stomach. Finally, Agus Rianto, Angger Dimas' father, took his wife to the hospital.

"Until yesterday morning, around 8:30, I took the initiative to find an ambulance because she couldn't bear the discomfort in her stomach anymore. I don't know much about the symptoms, whether they were severe or what, but there was already a brown color inside her, I don't know if there was an organ rupture inside her," explained Agus.

Because his condition was getting worse, Agus contacted Angger Dimas to come to the hospital immediately. Meanwhile, the rest of the family had already arrived and were prepared for the worst condition.

"I strengthened these two children, I gathered these two children after the Asr prayer, so whatever Allah's request is, the mother must be willing to sacrifice, you must be sincere. Alhamdulillah, they are sincere, so when the doctor approached with the equipment, everyone was not panicking anymore," said Agus.

"After the Maghrib prayer, I was called by the doctor, her husband, yes, the mother was no longer there, there were no signs of a pulse, no reaction. Innalilahi wainnaliahi," Agus concluded.

Angger himself admitted that he was grateful when the person who gave birth to him passed away, he was by his side. Even though trials and tribulations came in his life, Angger Dimas said he was willing.

"Yes, well, everything will return to Allah, it is said that if given a heavy burden there is something heavier, well maybe this is one of them," Angger Dimas concluded.
