MABOROSHI is a collaboration project between Mari Okada and MAPPA studio, released on Netflix. Mari Okada herself is known as the writer of ANOHANA. This project also features a number of renowned voice actors. There's Junya Enoki (Masamune Kikuiri), who is also a voice actor in the anime JUJUTSU KAISEN, Reina Ueda (Mutsumi Sagami) from the anime TOKYO GHOUL, and Misaki Kuno, a voice actor in the anime SEVEN DEADLY SINS.

DEAD DEAD DEMON'S DEDEDEDE DESTRUCTION tells the story of the presence of aliens in Tokyo. The war between humans and extraterrestrial beings becomes inevitable. Chaos ensues in Tokyo for 3 years. Amidst the difficult situation, high school student Kadode Koyama and Ouran Nakagawa continue to enjoy life.

MY ONI GIRL is an anime film produced by Colorido studio and directed by Tomotaka Shibayama. The film is scheduled to be released globally in Japanese theaters and on Netflix on May 24, 2024.

One day, Fujino visits Kyomoto's house and discovers that Kyomoto is a fan of her work. Fujino and Kyomoto then collaborate to create a manga. Unfortunately, a tragedy changes both of their lives.

LOOK BACK is adapted from the manga by Tatsuki Fujimoto, who is also the creator of CHAINSAW MAN. The manga version of LOOK BACK has achieved numerous accomplishments. Some of them include ranking first in the Kono Manga ga Sugoi! reader category and receiving a nomination for Best U.S. Edition of International Material at the 2023 Eisner Awards.

This filmis a collaboration project between Shin-Ei Animation studio from Japan and Miyu Productions from France. Previously, this collaboration between Japanese and French studios also produced the film THE RED TURTLE.

9. KIMI NO IRO

Anime film fans may already be familiar with the name Naoko Yamada. She is a veteran of Kyoto Animation and the director behind the series K-ON! and the film A SILENT VOICE. After leaving Kyoto Animation, Naoko collaborated with Science Saru studio and will release the film KIMI NO IRO on August 30, 2024.

KIMI NO IRO tells the story of Totsuko. She is a high school student who can see the color of someone's heart. Totsuko often lies about something to avoid the hearts of people around her becoming negative.

One day, Totsuko meets a girl and a music-loving boy at an antique bookstore. Through Totsuko's perspective, the two young men she meets have interesting heart colors. The three of them decide to form a band.

10. FURERU

FURERU is a fantasy and coming of age anime film. This film is a project by the creative team of ANOHANA and THE ANTHEM OF THE HEART. The animation itself is produced by CloverWorks studio and directed by Tatsuyuki Nagai.

FURERU tells the story of a group of teenagers entering adulthood. Among these teenagers, there is one young man who has difficulty communicating verbally. On one occasion, he encounters a mysterious creature with superpowers. This encounter leads him to two other teenagers.
