Kapanlagi.com - The band Slank successfully held their 41st birthday concert titled "Pasar Malam Empat Satoe Slank" at the Jakarta International Expo, Kemayoran, on Saturday, January 4, 2025.
This concert became a major celebration for Slankers with a unique concept that combines music entertainment and a family festival.
The Operational Director of PT Expo Indonesia Jaya (ExpoIndo), Novry Hetharia, explained that this concert is designed to be a grand party that can be enjoyed by various generations.
It reveals that the night market concept provides a different experience for fans.
"We celebrate Slank's anniversary by creating a concert event concept but with many exciting gimmicks, one of which is the night market concept created by Slank's friends," said Novry.
Not only featuring Slank's performance, this concert also presents collaborations with several local musicians. Names like NDX AKA, Feel Koplo, and Idgitaf also enliven the stage.
"So there are NDX AKA, Feel Koplo, and Idgitaf, so they collaborate on stage. This is at the beginning of 2025, what is special about this year compared to the previous year with the artists presented," added Novry.
The concert opened with the appearance of Kaka and Bimbim riding a motorcycle onto the stage, greeted by the cheerful cheers of thousands of Slankers.
They immediately entertained the audience with opening songs such as "Bidadari Penyelamat", "I Miss You But I Hate You", and "Terserah".
After singing several songs, Kaka took a moment to convey a message to the Slankers.
He reminded everyone of the importance of maintaining order during the concert, especially since there were children and women present.
"Thank you for coming from far away. I also know there are girls and little kids, as a good guy, it's best to take care of the women," said Kaka.
