100 Days Since the Passing of Vanessa Angel, the Family Decides Not to Hold a Tahlilan Because of This Reason

Not without reason, Puput Soedrajat, Vanessa Angel's stepmother, said that the family only held a simple religious event. This is because Doddy Sudrajat's family has just tested negative for Covid-19.

"There is no (100-day event) because we just tested negative (for Covid). We just finished self-isolation, so we don't dare to invite people, many family members are also affected. But there is a regular religious event, this morning the family, me, daddy, and the children were there. It was this morning," said Puput Soedrajat when contacted by Kapanlagi.com via telephone on Saturday (12/2).

1. Positive Covid-19

Due to many family members testing positive for Covid-19, Puput admitted that she did not dare to hold a large event and invite many people to commemorate the 100 days since Vanessa Angel's departure.

"We just tested negative, so we don't dare to, especially since many family members are positive, we're really scared of corona," she said.

2. Event of Charity

The plan is for the late Vanessa's family to hold a charity event for orphaned children when circumstances allow.

"It seems like next week, we want to give charity to orphaned children, just the family. That's if the conditions allow, if not, we will send packaged goods," said Puput.

Previously, there were rumors circulating about the relocation of Vanessa Angel's grave after 100 days of her passing. Puput Soedrajat also spoke about this matter.

"We are waiting to take care of everything, as everyone is recovering from COVID-19. The important thing is that all permits are ready, maybe we just have to wait for the D-day. We will be informed later, because it must be ensured because it is not arbitrary," she said.

Puput said that the plan to move the grave has been approved by the extended family of the late mother of Vanessa Angel. However, when asked if Haji Faisal's family also agreed, Puput said that she only focused on the stepdaughter's immediate family.

"From the family's side, everything is okay. It has been discussed long ago," she said.

"No, because I am more inclined towards Dedy (Doddy Sudrajat), the immediate family of the late mother Vanessa and Dedy," Puput continued.

Vanessa Angel's grave will be moved to TPU Karet Bivak and will be buried in the same grave as her late mother.

"It's already fixed, but it will be announced later. In TPU Karet Bivak, there is already a place in the grave of the late mother (Vanessa Angel)," concluded Puput Soedrajat.
