"Maybe it's just because I'm used to being regular. Sleep schedule, meal times, and then there's exercise, everything has to be balanced," said Lulu Tobing in Menteng, Central Jakarta, on Friday (15/11/2024).

According to Lulu, maintaining a balance in life is very important, even though everyone has different ways of living a healthy life.

"Maybe the way we do things isn’t healthy for others, but for us, it’s already healthy, right? I don’t know, just doing what we feel comfortable with so far," she said.

When asked about her favorite sport, Lulu explained that she does not stick to one specific type of exercise.

"Whatever sport I feel like doing at that time, I do it. I can join a class, do pilates, or play tennis, for example," she said.

So, besides maintaining a regular diet and sleep schedule, Lulu also regularly exercises according to her wishes. It's no wonder she still looks fresh and fit even though she is already 46 years old.

As is known, Lulu Tobing is currently involved in a new film with actor Anjasmara titled Guna-Guna Istri Muda. She plays the role of Vivian, a woman who must accept the bitter reality of her husband, Burhan, marrying Angel as a young wife.

This turns out to be Lulu Tobing's first horror genre film. Initially, she was hesitant to accept this film. However, after finding the courage to discuss it with the Falcon Pictures team and the film's director.

"At first, I felt incapable because I had never done it before. But after the discussion, I was convinced that I could. It turns out to be true, this is a new and enjoyable experience," said Lulu Tobing.

This horror film, which premiered on November 27, 2024, is indeed a big challenge for Lulu. Adapting to a genre she has never tried before, Lulu admitted that she searched for ways to build her confidence. 

"This is my first horror film, so I'm still feeling my way around. But thanks to the warm support from the director, my co-stars, and the entire team, the fear feels lighter," she revealed.
