40 Days Recitation of Vanessa Angel and Bibi Andriansyah Held Separately, Faisal: More Prayers Answered

Kapanlagi.com - Today, Monday (13/12) marks the 40th day since the passing of Vanessa Angel and Bibi Andriansyah. Unfortunately, the family held separate recitations for the deceased couple.

It is known that the prayers and recitation for Vanessa Angel were held at Tribrata Dharmawangsa, South Jakarta. Meanwhile, for Bibi Andriansyah, it took place at her residence in Srengseng, West Jakarta.

H. Faisal, Bibi's father, responded to this matter. Faisal does not see it as a problem, as he believes it is good when more people pray for his late child and daughter-in-law.

"It's good that they held it, the more recitations, the more prayers will be answered," said Faisal when met at the location of the recitation in Srengseng, West Jakarta, Monday night (13/12).

1. Children and In-Laws Treated Equally

Faisal emphasizes that he does not differentiate between his children and his in-laws. However, he does not want to respond to the issue of the Yasin book made by Doddy Sudrajat without mentioning Bibi's name.

"If you ask me about that, I don't understand. Personally, I don't differentiate, my family and I don't differentiate. If you have other questions, ask them," he said.

2. Not Bothered by Separate Events

Organizing separate tahlilan events with Vanessa Angel's family, Faisal admitted that he did not want to make a big deal out of it. He and his family agreed to do what they believe is right.

"My child said, 'It's up to her, we'll just let her be. We reflect ourselves, she is herself, just let her be,' that's what my child said. I do it this way and if others are different, I don't understand," he explained.

3. Wanting Peace

When asked about the conflict between him and Doddy, Faisal emphasized that he wants peace and both of them want to raise Gala together. However, both he and Doddy are the grandfathers of Vanessa and Bibi's son.

"I don't connect the dots there, it's up to the public to judge. I don't want any conflict, I want peace and a family. Why? Gala's grandfather is there and Gala's grandfather is also here. It's the same," he concluded.

4. Spending 200 Million

Unlike Bibi's family who held a tahlilan at home, Vanessa Angel's extended family held a grand 40-day memorial.

The memorial commemorating Vanessa Angel's 40-day departure was held at a luxurious venue. When asked about it, Milano Lubis, as the initiator, revealed that the expenses reached more than 200 million Indonesian rupiah.

"The initial idea was mine. But it turns out that many people supported it. Honestly, I didn't organize this event alone, there was a lot of help. If you say it's luxurious, it's normal for us. But if you say it's not, then please. The main fund is above 200 (million)," Milano continued.

5. Considered as a Younger Sister

Milano Lubis is known as a lawyer who handles the legal case of the late Vanessa Angel. However, their relationship is so close that Milano considers Vanessa as her own younger sister.

"After getting out of prison, our relationship didn't drift apart, but instead became closer. She's like my own younger sister. She once stayed at my house for a year," Milano said.
