Upon arrival, Nia Ramadhani and Ardi Bakrie were seen holding hands as they entered the courtroom at the Central Jakarta District Court on Thursday (9/12), at 10:20 AM.

Today's trial is a continuation with the agenda of examining factual witnesses and expert witnesses appointed by the public prosecutor.

Before the trial began, the chief judge asked about the health condition of Nia Ramadhani, Ardi Bakrie, and their driver who is also a defendant, Zein Vivanto. All three of them answered that they were fine.

"I'm healthy, Your Honor," answered Nia Ramadhani.

It is known that Nia Ramadhani and Ardi Bakrie are accused of using the drug type of methamphetamine at their home located in Pondok Indah. Zein Vivanto, their driver, is also a defendant in this case.

For their actions, all three of them are charged with Article 127 paragraph (1) letter a of Law Number 35 Year 2009 concerning Narcotics in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) point 1 of the Criminal Code. Based on urine test results, it is known that all three of them tested positive for methamphetamine consumption.
