Razman Nasution expressed his belief that Nikita Mirzani will become a suspect in the alleged assault case. He believes that the existing evidence is strong enough to legally process Nikita.
"Why be sure? Of course. Of course. If someone has clearly been proven like that, and there is already a confession, and there are witnesses too," said Razman Nasution at the South Jakarta Police, Wednesday (14/1/2025).
Razman believes there is no reason for the authorities not to process Nikita. He emphasized that all citizens should be treated equally in the eyes of the law. "So what are they going to do with her? Does she own this country? No," he asserted.
Razman hopes this case serves as a lesson for Nikita. He believes Nikita needs to face a deterrent effect so that she does not repeat her actions.
"Maybe it has to go through me. Maybe through us, there will be a deterrent effect for him," he said.
Razman also reminded that Nikita had previously served a prison sentence. However, he regrets that the complainant was inconsistent during the trial.
"She had already been to prison once. But unfortunately, at that time the complainant was examined in court but never showed up," said Razman.
Razman emphasized that Nikita escaped punishment previously not because she was innocent. He actually feels that the case was less than optimal due to the complainant's absence in court. "That's why she got away with it. Not because she is innocent," he said.
Razman expressed his gratitude to the parties who supported him. He mentioned the name Fitri Salhuteru and others who continue to provide support. "Yes. I am thankful to Fitri. To others," concluded Razman.
