8 Portraits of Iwan Fals and His Wife Responding to Police Summons Regarding the Oi Case, Answering All Investigator Questions

"Yes, we are fulfilling the summons regarding the Oi case from four years ago," said Iwan Fals after the examination. 

According to Iwan, reports about this case can easily be accessed on the internet as it has been ongoing for quite some time. He also suggested asking the authorities about the reasons for the lengthy resolution process of this case.  

"Maybe the details can be checked on each person's thumb (browsing). Just ask (why it is not finished yet)," said the singer of the song 'Between You, Me, and Your Ex.'  

On the same occasion, Andhika, the legal counsel for Iwan Fals, provided an explanation regarding his client's presence at the South Jakarta Metro Police. He emphasized that Iwan Fals and Rossana attended to fulfill the clarification invitation submitted by the investigator.

"So Uncle Iwan and Ms. Ros have good intentions in attending the interview invitation to provide the clarification and information needed by the investigator, for a case that has been ongoing for quite some time, since 2021. Alhamdulillah all the necessary information has been provided, we just need to wait for the rest," explained Andhika.

In the examination, the investigator asked 15 to 16 questions to Rossana. Andhika stated that all the questions were answered well. "There were many, but they could all be answered, it's safe," said Andhika in response to the number of questions posed to his client.  

Regarding the evidence, Iwan and Rossana did not bring additional documents during this examination. However, they have provided all the information needed by the investigator to continue the investigation. "No (additional evidence). How many questions, maybe 15 or 16," added Andhika.  

When asked about his hopes regarding this case, Iwan Fals gave a brief but meaningful answer. "I hope everyone is healthy," said Iwan briefly.
