Sad news enveloped the Indonesian entertainment world after comedian Aden Bajaj announced his deep loss. Aden's mother-in-law, Maisarah, passed away on Saturday, October 5, 2024, at 6:30 PM WIB.
In a poignant atmosphere, Aden Bajaj recounted the last moments of his late mother-in-law at the funeral home located in Depok, West Java. The incident occurred while the family was performing the Maghrib prayer.
"So, Mama was resting, and everyone (family members) was about to perform the Maghrib prayer," said Aden, Sunday (10/6/2024).
Before that tragic moment, Aden's mother-in-law, who is usually called Mama, appeared to be in good condition. "The one taking care of Mama, her younger sibling asked for permission, 'Sister Sarah, can I pray Maghrib first?', like that. Yes, she said," Aden revealed.Â
However, after the prayer, the situation changed. After finishing the prayer, the family found Mama in a pale condition.Â
"When I entered, 'oh she is sleeping'. Then I touched her and she was already pale. Everyone panicked and called out. Finally, we called the doctor, checked, and indeed Mama was gone," he added.Â
The deceased had previously struggled with diabetes. However, after undergoing treatment, her condition had improved.Â
"The doctor checked, everything is normal, blood sugar is normal, the heart is all normal," he explained.Â
The burial process of Aden's late mother-in-law was carried out on Sunday morning around 10:00 AM WIB. Aden expressed his gratitude because the ceremony went smoothly.Â
"Alhamdulillah it went smoothly, buried nearby. Many people came earlier," he concluded.
