Tantri Kotak Surprised by the Presence of MetaHuman Nike Ardilla at Synchronize Fest 2024

When MetaHuman Nike Ardilla appeared, Tantri admitted she was very surprised and moved. Initially, she was at the side of the stage and did not expect to see the digital figure of the legend live.

"I was standing by at the side of the stage. Then, I regretted why I had to be at the side of the stage, because otherwise I could have jumped into the audience," said Tantri at Jiexpo, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, on Friday (10/4/2024).

"But, by the middle, I was getting anxious because I wasn't showing up on that screen. I ran to the back, standing, jumping alone, then singing alone," added Tantri.

Tantri admitted that the MetaHuman technology showcasing the figure of Nike Ardilla was so realistic that it gave her chills. "Yes, I was shocked. I mean, it's like, we live in an era where we can bring back someone who is no longer here. It feels like I want to cry, yes, but more like eerie. So it's like, God willing, they come back to life," said Tantri.

The presence of MetaHuman Nike Ardilla was even more stunning when she greeted the audience at Synchronize Fest. "When she sang, it was just normal. But seriously, when she shouted, 'Synchronize Fest', it felt like, wow, she's alive again. Especially when she waved, it felt like, wow, it's like meeting again. Wow, that was really chilling, I swear," revealed Tantri.

2. 'Performance' of Nike Ardilla

On the District stage, Nike Ardilla appeared with her signature style, wearing a jacket and jeans along with her iconic short hair. The MetaHuman technology used at this Synchronize Fest successfully amazed the audience, as the figure of Nike Ardilla looked so real, as if she were truly present in the crowd.

MetaHuman is a technology capable of creating digital human figures in a virtual environment. In this performance, Nike Ardilla, who was 'embodied' through this technology, successfully sang two of her hit songs, "Seberkas Sinar" and "Bintang Kehidupan", which made the entire audience sing along.

This legendary performance was also closed with a sweet greeting from MetaHuman Nike Ardilla, "How are you, Synchronize Fest? I love you too," she exclaimed, followed by the singing of "Bintang Kehidupan" dedicated especially to the fans present at Synchronize Fest 2024.
