Razman Arif Nasution, the legal counsel for Vadel Badjideh, revealed a sad background regarding the life of Laura Meizani alias Lolly, Nikita Mirzani's child, after returning from England. “Because it is reasonable to suspect that a mother NM (Nikita Mirzani) is irresponsible towards her child (Lolly),” asserted Razman at the South Jakarta Metro Police on Friday (4/10/2024).
This accusation arose after Lolly returned to Indonesia and had difficulty adapting. Razman continued that during her time in England, Lolly was involved in a long-distance romantic relationship with Vadel.
According to Razman, upon returning to Indonesia, Lolly lived with Vadel's family who happily supported her living expenses. “After coming five times to meet NM, she was rejected. So humbly and generously, the Badjideh family accepted and found her a place to stay,” he said.
Razman's statement further drew attention as he questioned Nikita's attitude in rejecting Lolly's arrival after such a long time away. “What about NM? Does this not count as neglect? Does this not count as abandonment? Why is there only noise now, only voices?” he said.
Furthermore, Razman also mentioned that Lolly's issue is related to the alleged violation of article 303 of the Criminal Code, which pertains to online gambling. “So there is an agreement, he goes home and does not engage in any work related to article 303,” he stated, adding to the complexity of this case.
Razman explained that his move to open this issue is to defend his client, Vadel Badjideh, who is currently embroiled in a case of alleged sexual intercourse and abortion. He emphasized the importance of viewing this issue from a more objective perspective. “Do not justify Brother Vadel. We must look at this issue clearly,” Razman asserted.
