Aditya Zoni Surprised Suddenly Reported to the Police for Allegedly Embezzling Rp 500 Million

Kapanlagi.com - A man named Christopher Anggasastra reported Aditya Zoni to the Jakarta Metro Police on Monday last week (26/2/2024). The actor was reported for alleged embezzlement of funds amounting to Rp 500 million.

Upon learning of the report, Aditya was certainly surprised. However, he is not afraid to face it because he feels that he did not do what he was accused of.

"I am not afraid because I am not guilty here. Because there is no evidence that I embezzled Rp 500 million," said Aditya when contacted by the media through a video call on Tuesday (5/3/2024).

1. Unknown Complainant

Furthermore, Aditya Zoni said he does not know who Christopher Anggasastra is. If given the opportunity, he would like to have a good conversation with the man who reported him.

"No, I don't know (who Christopher is). So, who is this person? I want to contact him, maybe talk about the issue," said the younger brother of Ammar Zoni.

2. Request for Postponement

On March 1st, Aditya Zoni was supposed to visit the Jakarta Metro Police to provide confirmation. However, Abdullah Emile Oemar, his legal representative, explained that his client could not attend and requested a postponement.

"We have sent a postponement letter. As we know, Aditya Zoni is currently involved in the voice escorting process for the legislative election recapitulation. It may last until the end of the month. We ask the investigators to grant a postponement. Insha Allah, we will come after receiving a rescheduled date from the police," said Emile when met by the media in the Matraman area, East Jakarta.
