Kapanlagi.com - The continued divorce trial between Aditya Zoni and Yasmine Ow was held at the Cibinong Religious Court, West Java. Unfortunately, Yasmine, who is the plaintiff, and Aditya, the defendant, did not attend the trial.
According to Abdullah Emile Alamudi, Aditya's lawyer, his client has surrendered to be divorced by his wife whom he married in 2021. Moreover, the 24-year-old man does not mind if custody falls to Jasmine.
"Regarding the child, no problem. We accept it for now. For the future steps, we will see later," he said after the trial on Tuesday (25/6/2024).
"Adit Insha Allah has no problem (getting divorced) if that's Yasmine's request, Adit's side has no problem," Abdullah continued.
For divorce reasons, Abdullah asserts that there is no third party involved, as rumored outside. Their divorce is purely due to prolonged conflicts.
"As I have previously stated, from Aditya Zoni's side, we guarantee that there is no third party involved. So, before this, I have been asked the same question, and I have given the same answer that there is still no third party from Aditya Zoni's side," he explained.
In the next hearing, both Aditya and Yasmine are requested to attend the mediation agenda. The judge panel is still trying to reconcile them and restore their marital relationship as before.
"For next week's agenda, the principal is encouraged to attend, as requested by the judge, so Insha Allah, Aditya Zoni will be present next week, on Tuesday, the 2nd," he concluded.
